Details – I lost 42 lbs in 14 weeks and placed second in my class at the 2006 INBF Long Island Experience natural bodybuilding competition.

Details – In 2013 the decision was made to follow a longer and steadier diet. This would enable Cody to lose the fat but limit the stress placed on his body. This approach paid off as he won his WNBF pro card and the overall at the 2013 INBF Hercules.

Details – Andrew lost 32 pounds in roughly 6 months. We kept the weight loss slow and steady in order to preserve the maximum amount of muscle mass. This approach paid off as Andrew was able to win his WNBF pro card and win the Overall title at the 2015 WNBF Hercules.

Details – Mario turned to Sci-Unison Fitness when his weight and lifestyle began to wreak havoc on his health. He knew he had an uphill battle at hand, but he made the commitment to change his life.
Our goal was a slow, steady, yet consistent approach to his weight loss. There were no crazy starvation diets involved. We both wanted the weight loss to be permanent. Throughout the process he also gained considerable strength and muscle mass. This transformation is big milestone for Sci-Unison Fitness as Mario was the first client to lose 100 pounds. He was awarded the Sci-Unison Fitness Achievement of Excellence Award and the title of 2013 Sci-Unison Fitness Client of the Year. Truly inspirational story.

Details – Brian has been training hard with Sci-Unison Fitness for roughly two years now. He now has a much denser and harder look compared to his 2009/2010 photos.
His muscles are becoming more refined and mature. This is a great accomplishment considering the fact that he started to lift weights at such a late age (26 years at the time) and didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of any major growth spurt. Details – Chris came to me at 165 lbs. and we deiced to put him on a brief bulking program to squeeze out some muscle mass. He reached 180 lbs then it was time to cut back down. He weighed 160 lbs. at the end of the cutting portion of his program. As you can see form the photos, his ending 160 lbs weight looks much better than his starting 165 lbs weight.

Details – Chris was out of the loop in terms of lifting for a few months. He came to me and I put him on a program which yielded some results. However, his mind and heart were not entirely into it at the time. He then came back to me in November of 2009 and said he wanted to do a show. So we took a few month to put on some size and then started cutting in March 2010.
At the start of the cutting phase he weighed 207 lbs. He then lost 24 pounds in roughly 16 weeks. He placed 7th out of 11 competitors in his first natural bodybuilding competition.
Chris was a very close friend of mine from high school. We played football together and hung out all the time. It was a pleasure to work with him as adults in order to help him achieve his goals. While things didn’t always go smooth with the prep we stuck together and came out strong in the end.
